Violated is now confirmed for the big summerfestival in their hometown, Hamnfesten. They are going to hit the stage right after The Poodles, 25th of June. The band has promises something special for this show. It was a long time ago since we played live now, so I just wanted to let you know what we are doing. We..re working on some new material, so far we almost have 3 new songs. And what I can say about the new songs is that they have more power then ever. We hope that we can record these new songs in the beginning of this summer. 18 April 2009
After two weeks on the road, the european tour for Violated is now over for this time. Violated has for two weeks traveled around europe and played in some of the biggest cities like, London, Berlin, Rotterdam, Wien and Milano. Violated has now started their promotning of themself and this is just the beginning, hopefully we will see them on the road again really soon. They planning right now a Sweden/Denmark tour with the new friends from Memorial, this will be in the beginning of 2009. But more about this will be posted when things getting settled. 08 Nov 2008

Mattias Strömberg is now equipped with B-sticks. "I have never felt so home with a pair of sticks until now! The recording of Violated's promo CD is done and there is just mixing and some other things left to do, so be ready to check out this homepage or Violated's myspace soon. About the european tour there is some changes. The london show is moved from The Purple Turtle to The Underworld. Earlier we told you about two more shows but that will not happen. Welcome to Violated's new official website, enjoy the new website and read some sweet news from Violated. Violated confirmed before that they will be a part of the European tour with SIX FEET UNDER (US) this spring but that will not happen because the tour is cancelled. The people in Europe doesn't have to wait for so long time to see Violated in their hometowns. In the fall of 2008 Violated will be a part of the reunion tour of the american legends Nocturnus. Violated will be co-headline so they have the last position before Nocturnus hit the stage. The supportacts that playing before Violated and NOCTURNUS is now settled so the running order looks right now like this: NOCTURNUS (US) VIOLATED (SWE) PUNISH (CH) MEMORIAL (DK) SLITHER (SWE) More info about this tour can be found on this site later.
